Build your Credit Solution

Review: on 11/12/13 I paid $500 for Build Your Credit Solution to do the credit repair needed for me to get a mortgage. Once I made the payment thry did not return my calls or emails. I was instructed that I must communicate with her through the Build Your Credit Solutions Web Site only. The web site was down for several weeks. No calls, text or emails were returned during that time. Once the site came back up I emailed through the web site explaining my fustration and asking for a refund. That email was not responded to and nothing has been done on my account. The web site claims they disputed items on my credit but I checked my credit report and nothing has been disputed. My $500 paid for nothing. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the form of certified check.
