Purchased pool from family leisure set-up included. there is a problem with the pool wall that will cause the liner to fail. We have contacted the business several times with very little response. they asked for pictures which we sent by e-mail they responded they received them. they will not respond to recent calls or e-mails and refuse to send someone to look at the problem.

Aside from the store being dark, depressing, and lacking apeal, the staff was far from personableI asked for help, and the clerk said, 'uh, we're kinda busy right now.' One customer was in the store and two other salespeople were standing nearbyIt was quit and slowMy ten-year old could have done a better job juggling the less than stressful surroundingsI was shocked, so I politely said 'ok, and walked out of the storeNo one bothered to say...'but we will be with you shortly.' I followed up with a phone call asking to speak with a manager and after I was told they were busy, I was told that a manager wasn't actually on dutyI asked to speak with a salespersonAfter being asked several questions, my calll was transferredI asked a few questions and then the salesperson hung up on meWow Horrible placeAnd merchandise didn't hold a candle to most local stores, where I am happily taking my business

I have done business with Family Leisure for several years and they have terrible customer serviceI purchased a hot tub from them years ago and have used them since for moving my hot tub times, ordering a new motor, order jets, and now ordering a new coverThe service has been nothing but frustratingThe first issue was the motor, they gave us the wrong one and we had to go back and they had the right one but had given us the wrong oneWe have ordered several new jets and they always say "two weeks" when it usually takes about or more weeksWe call and they can't find the order, or they can't find the jetsThey do not call you back and you have to keep callingEvery time I ask for a manager I get the service department manager who states he will look at it and call back but no one ever callsEach time I call the employees say it is their first day on the job and they do not know anythingNow I have ordered a new cover for my hot tub which costs dollarsWe called se

Our sales person told us several things that didn't align with what actually took place
The operations manager who schedules installs never returned calls The skimmer and hoses leaked after install and I had to seal it myself The ground prep work resulted in a stick or rock being under the liner and will eventually poke through Additionally, the bottom of the liner is lumpy all over We didn't swim for days after install to give the liner time to settle in and this still happened They used only half of the sand they told us to purchase for the ground prep
Pretty sure they installed the incorrect liner as well The one we were told we paid for doesnt have glued seams The liner in the pool has seams all over it
Operations manager was supposed to come to the house today personally to inspect everything He isn't coming nowNow they say tomorrow, but they have given us the run around several times, so I don't believe it

I bought a hot tub weeks ago and the salesman didn't get my order rightJason also dropped the ball and didn't confirm the bill of sale (order of the hot tub) and I was delivered a hot tub without all the extrasPhil offered me a year's worth of chemicals, but I want what I paid forI will be taking them to court with my bill of saleJimbo was great at communication, but Jason and Phil were no help and had no accountability for their mistake

This companies service department is the worst I've ever had to deal withI've paid for all materials and service and they will not hold up their end! My story is much to long to type

I bought a hot tub and it was installed yesterday The installers have come out times now due to forgetting to bring something of missing parts The response of Jim and Jason (managers) was as far from empathetic and I could ever imagine Now they tell me they are out of a part I need and won't complete installation until next week Also, the free install is not free I was charged an additional $for them to disconnect and reconnect the electrical I was NOT told this in advance by Laine, the salesperson The reaction to a dissatisfied customer is is incredibly lackluster I DO NOT recommend this company for a hottub purchase

I Bought a pool this summer and love itWe bought it after the 4th of July and the put it in days latterI had a great installer Mike from MARS InstHad a hard time getting it started but went to pool school and they made it easyWe are looking at Spa nextFamily Leisure has the best product at the best price
