The customer was taking advantage of me for a lot of extrasI went out of my way to make it possible for herShe new from the get go we would be using salvaged lumberYes the window was refurbished and the doorI wasn't happy with either I told the customer I would purchase her new doors out of generosity she told me no and go to hellI not paying nothing I tried to make it right and she refusedThats her fault not ours

This man did not come to my home he sent his wifeThe work was so poor that I did not want him to fix anythingI paid another contractor to fix the roof and he told me the work was very poorI really wanted a partial refund but this did not occurIt has cost me dollars more to have things repaired and I still have to have toe door and door frame replacedThe window he put in is old as is the siding it looks like he picked up odds and ends to piece this room togetherThe walls and the finishings were not properly doneThe electric also was messed upThe only way I would be satisfied would be a partial refund to have all issues repaired properlyThis company had licensed and insured on his business card but I never saw a licenseI would never allow him to do any work ever again

After receiving a letter on Friday, February 7, 2014 we reached out to the homeowner via phone. She did not answer the call, so I went to her home on Saturday to look at her complaints to make arrangement to get these issued fixed. The homeowner refused for us to look at the the roof leak or any other complaints she had. We offered to fix all complaints free of charge and she still refused for us to fix her complaints.
