I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The response is completely and an outright LIE!! The response is ludicrous and adds to the deep issues that reside within the leadership of the business I was told that I HAD to register the vehicle on my own I was never given an option from the dealership This claim is absolutely false!! I emailed every document, including the rejection letter to the sales manager, Christian for review I even told him I did not have an expectation he would help because they had never returned my call even after promising too Just as I expected, I never received a return call! They offered absolutely NO support in helping me determine the issue I conducted research on my own only to find that the dealership failed to fill the title out correctly in the first place I had to walk in and tell them how to do their job! I am flabbergasted at the dealerships response!! I have emails to prove my claimsIt is disgraceful that the dealership will not own up to their shortfallsThe issue has been resolved but only because of my research, initiative, and unwillingness to accept the cold shoulder from a below average management team!

This particular customer declined our services to handle the DMV transaction to title and register the vehicle out of stateWe use a outside service to handle all the in transits to the other states as this makes it a seems less as possible to get the car titled and registered and
we have had no issues with doing so in the pastWe always try to help the customers when ever we canWhen he finally came in to the store to talk to me, I was able to resolve the matter in a couple of minutesHe was not explaining himself to as what his particular state needed to get the car registeredWe don't know what he is showing the state where he is trying to register the vehicle as to why we couldn't help him when he called inHe lives in one state and registering the vehicle in other state and brought the vehicle here in New YorkThe customer came in to the store and the issue had been resolved in a matter of minutes, he could have saved time and trouble if he just allowed us to register the car for him and not decline our services to do so this would have been a seem less transaction as alwaysThis is why we tell customers to allow us to do this for them as it gets done in a timely matter and we can stay on top of what ever it takes to register the vehicle especially a out of state transaction
