Builders Choice replaced all plants that were available under it's warrentee period. Customer was asked if they wanted to substitute the hard to find Bamboo plants for another plant type or wait for the Bamboo to be available. They chose to wait until our plant supplier had
received more Bamboo plants. *** called and said she was tired of waiting and demanded a refund for plants that were planted in June and did not survive a record beaking hot summer. We are happy to replace the bamboo plants free of charge with more Bamboo plants (currently available) but do not issue refunds for plants that have died. Again we are happy to replace the Bamboo plants under our plant warranty policy and the only reason they were not replaced in November was plant availability

Hello, On 1/I accepted the company resolution (below) and complaint was closedHowever, it has been almost a month and I have not heard from them nor have the replaced the plants as indicated belowI was trying to re-open complaint on the site but did not see a way to do thatPlease advise if I need to open a new complaint or if current one can be re-opened? We removed weeds/grass and added several tons of matching rock in front yard We also sprayed backyard weeds (over 12” high) with herbicide and moved most plants from back to front yard (cacti) We returned several weeks later and spot treated all new weed growth in front yard
The back yard gate was locked at that time and a secondary treatment was unable to be performed (Back Yard only) Unfortunately the herbicide only kills existing weeds in which it contacted and provides little protection from “new” weeds which is an ongoing maintenance issue.David D***Builders Choice Landscape

The business was hired to remove grass in the front yardThey did not completely remove the grass and now grass is still growingThe process in the backyard was extremely ineffectiveWhen I reached out to have the yard retreated, the business did not let me know when they would be coming by so I could allow them access to the backyard
