The shower pan that we installed was in good condition, we were to come back and do some more tile work after she was able to get some more money saved to complete the project. We still have an open balance which was not paid fro services that were rendered. We were never contacted by the customer about the shower pan damage until over 4 months after the installation, commonly when installing the tile which someone other contractor did a tile can drop and damage a pan. I can assure when we had completed our scoop there was no damage to the shower pan, even so we would have fixed the pan had the invoice been paid in full which it was not.
