Builders Discount Center of New Bern, Inc

I submitted a very detailed drawing of my roof and purchased the "Turn key" metal roof package for my home from Builders Discount Supply New Bern NC. I was assured repeatedly that everything I needed to complete the job was in the package. The package was short my almost $300.00 worth of materials. Their employee admitted to botching his calculations but Builders Discount refused to pay for the materials.
Bottom line is that the package was misrepresented and I was forced to buy additional materials from them. There are Consumer Protection laws against this type of Bait & Switch policy.","neg-1
