The issue regarding the delays with the replacement parts has been resolved. We have spoken with the customer and come to an amicable agreement. as of our phone call with them today, was that the issue was resolved. It was also our understanding that they were satisfied and would be closing the complaint with your office. The customer has been made aware that if there are any further questions or concerns that they are more than welcome to contact us and we will work with them to ensure the best user experience possible.
