font-size: 12.8px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">I explained to her at that time that her house was out of warranty (3 years old) but we would be happy to send a crew over to make the necessary repair.  She asked for a bid to complete the work.  I quoted her a price of $300.  The amount of time it would take was unknown at that time.  I committed to my price regardless of how long it might have taken us.  If it took us 6 hours to make the repair, I would have held to my $300 quote.  She was also informed that in all likelihood we would need to cut a hole in her drywall garage ceiling to access the pipe for repair.  She wasn't pleased with this idea because it would mean additional costs for her to repair drywall and re-paint.
It was agreed that she would meet our crew there the following afternoon at1pm.

On 3/22 our crew showed up early and commenced making the repair.  Our highly skilled worker was able to replace the dry sprinkler head without having to cut her drywall.  This action alone saved her significant additional costs.
The repair was made in less than 1 hour.  The new dryhead fire sprinkler alone cost us $125.  The 2 man crew had to be pulled from another job and travel to her location.  This was done to accommodate her schedule.
I was upset that we had agreed to a price and once the work was completed in a manner that exceeded what we had promised, Ms. ** had the audacity to call back and request a different price.  We had agreed to $300.  If we ran into difficulties and the job took longer than expected, I would never have thought to call her and ask for more money.
We had a verbal agreement to $300 and she refused to honor that agreement.  She was highly rude to me on the phone and insisted on paying a lower amount.  I tried to split the difference at $250 but she was so insistent that she could not be talked to in a civil manner.  She kept talking over me, interrupting me and would not listen to my side of the story.
I finally agreed to $200 and hung up the phone.  Never once did I use "Inappropriate language" as she accuses me of.  I have several co-workers that heard the entire conversation and can back up the version as stated above.

Thank you for your time.

When the service person came and it took him 30 minutes to complete the job!

Therefore I call up Scott and question him it was only a 30 minute job, so how much do I OU. He still want $300. I say "NO". Finally he said OK $250, but I told him I'm only going to pay $200.
