Builders for God

Builders for God pamphlets were left on mailboxes within our neighborhood. There is a No Soliciting sign at entrance. The pamphlets fell on the ground and now litter the streets and yards. I called and talked to someone that first denied putting pamphlets in neighborhood, but then stated he did it. I informed him that it is illegal to put anything on a mailbox and asked him to remove them. He said he would remove them the next day. He seemed like he did not understand that what he was doing was illegal and he stated he was doing God's work. Hmmmmm
