In response to case #XXXXXXXX, our service technician charged the customer for his attempt to correct the problems he found with the clients AC system on 07/09/14. The invoice was approved and signed by an on site employee. I recognized early on...

that the repair in question was not pre approved by [redacted], our original contact. I attempted to contact her on 3 separate occasions, 07/16/14, 08/27/14, and 01/23/15. She would not return my phone calls. We will be happy to honor our original agreement, $79.00 diagnostic fee, and waive the $177.15 for our attempt at repairing the unit.
