HORRIBLE and SCAM ARTIST !!! We have [redacted] repair service and they sent out Builders H & C. The furnace was not working so the repairman took out the burners and cleaned them (10 min). He put it together and said that the furnace had a bad heat exchanger. They dont repair them and that I needed a new furnace. He quoted me $3,500 and left. I had a bad feeling about him so I contacted I knew to come out. The next contractor checks the thermocouple, cleans it, and the furnace runs perfectly. DO NOT EVER USE BUILDERS. SCAM ARTIST.
