Builders' Insulation

On March [redacted] I hired Builders' Insulation to put new insulation in my attic at our home on [redacted] in [redacted] and paid them $1,146.00 for the work. The middle of April me had damage to our ceiling in the kitchen from the air conditioner leaking thru the ceiling. When the work on the insulation was done, the drain line for the air conditioner was moved. Mr. [redacted] of Builders' Insulation came right out and inspected. He apologized and said that if I sent him the receipts he would turn over to his insurance company. On August [redacted] I mailed Mr [redacted] the receipts totalling $890.00. On [redacted] Mr. [redacted] said he had not turned over to corporate yet, but he would. Mr. [redacted] would not answer my calls after that. He did talk to my husband once when he called from a different number. I did get thru to him in early [redacted] when I used a different phone. On that call he admitted to not following through.
