Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I was clearly told on the phone that there woudl be a restocking fee, and it woudl be smart to order more then I needed Why was I told this if you are saying there is NO restocking at all?

Builders Interior does not stock materials and is not a retail storeThis was a special order for the customer and quantities ordered were given to Builder Interiors by the customer.
No restocking fee will be offered
