they owe us money for a claimBuilder's Mutual is the insurer of our subcontractor who damaged a customer's home. We had to pay bills to get his errors fixed, and his insurance company is supposed to reimburse us. Ms. [redacted] has not returned my calls, has not responded to the letter and copy of the invoices I sent her, and the only time I spoke with her, since I didn't have the claim number (which was her claim number, not mine with my insurance company) she was unable to find it with both the name of the victim and her insured.
