? Dishwasher = 03/06/Found door latch not fully engaging, repaired latchRepairs covered under warranty.
? Dishwasher = 03/20/Found spray arm was broken, replaced spray armRepairs covered under warranty.
? Dishwasher = 07/18/Customer stated that spray arm came off again and meltedWe have ordered him a replacement spray arm at no-charge.
? Oven = 01/16/Found oven not heating properly, makes noiseReplaced thermal switch, liner, motor, blade, hinge, and elementRepairs covered under warranty.
? Oven = 03/06/Found oven still making noise, contacted factory and installed "motor kit" to resolve issueRepairs covered under warranty.
? Microwave = 05/13/Found magnetron not working, replaced magnetronUnit is out of warrantyOffered to cover cost of magnetron and customer would pay laborCustomer agreed and paid $in labor.
? Microwave = 06/09/Customer brought microwave into our store to have it looked at stating that it was "Shorting"We tested microwave and could find nothing wrongCustomer came in and saw unit working and took microwave homeCustomer was not charged for inspection.
We are unable to offer the customer a refund for his purchase that occurred months agoOur records show that we have performed without failure during the warranty periodWe have taken additional steps to assist the customer with "goodwill" services and parts.
The warranty provided is clearly documented in the Use and Care Manuals as "Year"There are however, exceptions to what the manufacture can / will do regarding warranty including replacement of product in each of the warrantiesWe are unaware if the customer has contacted Frigidaire to seek assistance as indicated in the warrantyIf the customer would like to contact *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** **It is recommended the customer has all model/serial information available for each product.
Again, we are sorry the product does not meet the expectations of this customer months after purchase.

with the refrigerator they have purchased in July of 2012, but the warranty is provided by *** and not by Appliance LiquidatorsI have attached a copy of the warranty for review which also contains contact information for the *** CorporationThe warranty is a limited one year warranty with some components having five year coverageAn authorized *** servicer in Taos area would need to be contacted to see if the issues are covered under warranty.
