*** I understand that you have already filed a complaint against the installer. We have contacted Mr*** about your situation to better understand what the problem is. According to Mr*** he made many attempts to contact you and arrange for the installation of your rollout
drawers. Each time he attempted to contact you you were unable to connect with him and get this installation completeIt seems like this could've been resolved a long time ago if the two of you can agree upon a date and time for the final installation of your rollout drawers. Mr*** did say you contacted him once but required him to immediately come out that day and complete the installationUnfortunately he was in the middle of another customers install and unable to complyThis agitated you to the point where you chose to file the complaint.With respect to Builders Surplus and the rollout drawers: we apologize for the incorrect rollout drawers that were originally delivered and we have since corrected that problem providing you with the proper sized rollout drawers With respect to the estimated cost for the installation We try our best to with the information that we are given to provide our customers with an accurate estimate to the cost of an installation job When Mr*** was on-site you and he negotiated the actual installation price based upon him being on site in seeing for himself what needed to be doneIt is our understanding that the scope of the project was larger than what we were told it was Our estimate is based only upon the information that we had; not upon a on-site visual inspection Finally Builder Surplus was not paid any money to manage or do the installation of the cabinets for you.Nor did we make any profit from installation services You directly paid Mr*** for installation services The only part that remains incomplete at this time is part of the installation I hope you will pick up the phone and call Mr*** and coordinate a time for him to come out.Thanks
