BTIS returned 353.60 to the agent as that is the net amount due, and we advised the agent to return their unearned commission of $62.40 to the insured. Complaint states that the insured paid $1,007 for the policy. The signed BTIS application clearly discloses in numerous places that the annual premium is $778. Recommendation is for [redacted] to speak to his agent about the discrepancy, possible broker fee charged by the agent.
