I am writing this letter in response to the letter I received from your office ID # [redacted] I do not agree with a lot of things said in the letter that [redacted] wrote.First of all, I did get a list of discrepancies from [redacted] and his wife pertaining to their townhouseI received this letter at the closing of their townhouseI never gave a specific time that I would complete the itcmsI told them I was very busy and that I would definitely complete the listThey gave me a key to their home and said that it was alright and I could stop by anytime and take care of the itemsI did go into their home when they were not there because I had a key and was given permission to go into their home if they were not thereA neighbor saw me enter their home and knew meShe said she would let them know I came byI do not feel I did anything wrong.The sparks he claims that came from the breaker box is not trueThe electrical work gets inspected by a licensed inspector, Wes ClarkIf there were sparks of any problem, [redacted] would not be able to move in until it was fixedAll receptacles, switchcs, lights, and breaker or panel boxes arc inspected two times in the process of building a home in [redacted] County, WV.The other problems such as a leak with the pipe had a leak and I had the plumber fix it as soon as I was told about it, it was not on the list I was given at closing.The hole in the roof was not a hole in the plywoodIt was where a bird build a nest and pushed the vinyl soffit over it and created a hole in the soffit of the overhang | fixed thisThe ceiling fans needed some adjustingI took care of all the ceiling fans tooalso purchased a globe that was missing.The two sink faucets that were slow in water flow were fixedThis is very common in houses after the sediment in the pipes come thru the faucetIt sometimes can clog the screens and this is what happenedI cleaned them and they work fine.The townhouse has several inspections during the building processI have to pass all the inspections in accordance with the IRC Building Codes as well as any codes that [redacted] County addsI passed all my inspections to be able to obtain a Use and Occupancy Permit to allow me to see the house to [redacted] and ***.Things like these couple of issues can happen rom building a new homeI am sorry for any frustration I caused them, but I do not think I did anything that should allow [redacted] to put out a letter against me that is not completely trueI work hard and take pride in my workI do not want anythings said about me or my companyI have never had any other homeowners or people go this far, I would hope this does not go against me or my business.Thank you,Chad J
