The company will not quit calling and emailing going on 2 years now. They have been notified repeatedly to remove us from their list.
Buildertrend calls 4 - 12 times a month and emails several times a month as well. They have located office numbers and employee cell numbers. This is harassment. I want them to quit contacting us.
As requested numerous times over the last 2 years, I want Buildertrend to quit contacting me via all cell phone numbers, office numbers, and company emails.
We apologize for any inconvenience and have removed your contact information from our contact list.

Builder-trend hard sells a 30 day trial and then keeps charging the card monthly. refusing to refund or reason. Big Shame.
Buildertrend solicited their business excessively with daily calls convincing us to "just sign up for a 30 day trial for $"
we later discovered the $*** were charged monthly for 7 months in a row. we called to request clarifications and refunds and received an argument stating we signed up for a subscription.
Very ugly business approach.

Our standard sales practice is to offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee, and we are happy to refund any premiums paid during that time period. Our standard terms and conditions clearly outline that our service is a monthly subscription, cancellable at any time with no penalty.
