I have a retail business.back in October we cashed a check written by the company and it was returned as NSFI spoke to the owner and he promised me to resolve this issueSeveral calls were made,a letter was sent to his attention and no response.that check was over $

[redacted] states that the manufacturing company has not sent them the parts that are needed to make the necessary repairs. He states that this is not the only consumer that they have that is having this issue. He states that he tried to explain...

Ok, the problem I have is that they never answer my calls. And they promised me that the items will be in, and then I wait. And they never call. So I try to call back
And they never answer. I left voicemails, and still nothing. I even said I was going to contact Revdex.com,and I waited a week before leaving the complaint. Hoping that they would call. But never called. They promised me 3 or 4 times that the items should be in soon for the repair. But Every time they say that,it never happens. And the last time they promised me,I called them and they promised me that it will be in next week. For sure they said. I waited,and nothing. Waited a second week,and nothing. I called them to just see the status,and they never called back. And I left multiple voicemails. So they shouldn't promise to have the work done,if they can't. And if they can't,they should be a real company,and actually call their customers. To let them know the status of what's going on. That's all I wanted. Was to know what's going on.
