Building Contractors

During the week of June 20, 2015, Building Contractors replaced my concrete front porch and left excess dried concrete and now refuses to clean it up.During the week of June 20, 2015, Building Contractors,owned by[redacted].replaced my concrete front porch. As part of our contract, BC agreed to clean up. Since June 20,after paying Building Contractors, they have yet to return and remove the excess concrete that is on the house and on the bricks bordering the porch. I have copies of texts from Mr [redacted] where he repeatedly says he is going to do it and yet to date has not been done. This is going into three months now. On last Saturday I informed Mr. [redacted] I would be filing a consumer complaint against Building Contractors in an effort to resolve this issue. Because of the dried concrete, my porch is unsightly detracts from the look of the front of my house. I do have picture to support my complaints. Please help me.[redacted]/////Desired SettlementI simply want all the excess dried concrete removed from the front of my porch./////Business Response I installed a concrete porch for Ms. [redacted], she inspected the work, told me how happy she was with the work and I quote from a text she sent me June 18, 2015 "I love my porch. THANK YOU!. Now later on she wanted me to put a sealer on the porch and power wash the front of the house and she was to give me a table saw her late husband had that she no longer wanted.My wife got sick, did not have time to do any additional work and she got to be a pest. Heck it took 3 years for her to decide on what she wanted to do with the porch. I have known [redacted] for 50 years, she has proven to be the kind of customer you dread because you can't please her, she says one thing then does another and expects your interest level to stay the same. I have not taken any pay for anything that I have not done and I don't plan on doing anything else for her. To the point, do you think she would have paid me if she was not satisfied? The job not completed?There is something else motivating this matter, go figure.Thank you
