Review: On 1/24/14, [redacted] of Building Inspection Services, inspected my commercial property located at 1040 S. Coast Hwy., Laguna Beach, CA. I paid Mr. Parker $600.00 for the inspection and he stated he would send me a report on the inspection as soon as possible. It is now been 60 days since the inspection and I have not received the report. I have e-mailed and phoned [redacted] several times and he keeps promising to send the report. He no longer answers my e-mails or returns my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the report or a refund or else I will file a claim in small claims court.
