and beyond to replace or “make” the consumer whole with any issues. In fact we recently did a review and we take back items that are clearly worn and three years old- we are very lenient with our regulations for such things and I find it hard to believe that we would not have given him a store credit for something as small as a flag. We give out the stickers for free with each order and we also have a sticker request on the web where you can obtain them for free with no purchase. The flag he is describing is most often and item we do as a gift with purchase but at present they are on our site for $I have searched his name on our consumer site and can’t find a purchase under his name. Do you know if he purchased from one of our retailers who has not honored replacement? What amount of credit is he asking for? We can credit him for what he spent on the flag and any shipping if he incurred that too. Just let me know or if he wants to contact me I will be more than happy to help him resolve his complaint.
