On May I had called your office to arrange for the pick up and delivery of a Studio Upright piano to be moved from Fort Pierce to our home in Port Saint Lucie

I was surprised today, at about 10:00am, when I received a text from MrTurner informing me that the pinever happenedCurious and disappointed I called your office, and this is where the problems really set in
The male who answered the phone was abusive from the outsetHe told me he was '...tired of talking about this f*ing piano.? He went on to tell me he wasn't going to talk to

I was lied about the price of the serviceWhen the final amount exceeded the quote four times I was blackmailed and my staff was taking away
The service unacceptable, and my experience with the "White Knights" moving company was an awful
First, the movers showed up and offered me a higher hourly rate ($instead of $105), explaining that it was going to be movers instead of 2, and the process will be fasterThus, I would save my moneyI had agreed to itThen, it turned out the movers were very unprofessional; they disappeared to smoke cigarettes; they did not have tools to disassemble my furniture and did not quiet had an idea how to do it; and they were moving in a very slowly pace, like they did not careI called to the office to complain and was transferred to a mangerThe manager did not even to listen and was very rude and did not even try to address the issue
