Review: I was mislead to believe more work was needed than what was required to meet the cleanenergy state program to acheive 25% savings in energy costs, which included 16 hours of air-sealing and blow-in cellulose insulation in my attic. The actual number of man hours in my house performing air-sealing was 9 hours. In addition I was told the 16 hours was in fact units and was a state requirement. When I contacted the state I was told there is no requirement to have 16 hours of air-sealing. The requirement is to acheive 25% in energy savings, regardless of the work needed to acheive it.Desired Settlement: A refund for the air-sealing completed and apology in writing for the misleading business practice of Building Sciences.
