This owner/operator is trying to extort money and force auto-renewal of a month contract which I cancelled & asked for early cancellation option

I formally cancelled this service with certified mail after paying for the service for yrs following his written policyHe is not honoring this

He later; more than yr; scripts a phony invoice; never actually sends it to me; and after a day period sends this invoice to his attorney for collections???
Its super unethical and he would have totally forgot to even do this but I actually was going to start up using his service again (because I believed it could help us and this time I had a staff member hired that could actually dedicate the time to implement the strategies)
After this call; when I was going to pay him for another full year; he turns around and his sends an invoice to his attorney for collections and

DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACT WITH GROWMYHVAC OR BSI I did not sign, nor receive any contract, but when I was requested to cancel, I was emailed a "digitally" signed contract with a date just one week prior to when I would have needed to send a cancellation letter via US Postal Service Wendell B*** will not make an exception, because he trumped up the contract to begin with He requires a whole year renewal with no cancellation option, when he says I am only week late in requesting the cancellation No exception? Really? so I am stuck using a product aimed at a customer we do not even service and this man is such a poor businessman, he offers no termination option My business will be out $for something that is completely UNUSABLE This is ridiculous!
