On May 29, *** *** agreed to a month rent to own contract for a 12xSide Utility Xtra Height*** paid a $security deposit & monthly rental amount $to special order the building
*** has failed to make
scheduled monthly payments as agree
*** has called after hours, like 2:am or Sunday, to request repair, sometimes not leaving a messageNumerous attempts to contact *** during business hours by various employees including *** Portable Buildings & Woodward Rentals, but *** is NEVER AVAILABLE! Attempts include physically showing up on site to find locked gates to fencing not allowing entrance to the building location & she doesn't respond to attempts!
*** is currently in breach of her contract to my knowledge
