Review: Hired them a year ago to put in new concrete and with a paver border around our entire property. We suspected there was a problem right away when they were pouring and didn't bother to finish the concrete edges where it met the pavers. We were told not to worry about it, it will come out fine. Seems like they simply didn't want to put in the time necessary to do it correctly. Sure enough, less than a year later the concrete was starting to delaminate and crumble at the edges. Plus, certain sections were poured too large and without stress relief lines. Sure enough, those sections started to fracture in less then a year. It's clear they don't have the pro knowledge necessary to do this type of work.

Numerous phone calls and texts have yielded frustration. Promises keep getting made of when they will come out and remedy the situation, the majority of time they simply don't show up on the day they say they will. This has been going on for MONTHS. Any solution they come up with is an experiment they have never done and they end up making the finished product worse looking. Their most recent attempted fix left excess concrete on my lawn, the new pavers, and stuck to my fence and siding. It's clear workers are not supervised properly and the site not inspected at the end of the day.

It's been over a year since we paid them in full and we have an unacceptable unfinished product and no expected date of resolution.Desired Settlement: Properly finish the areas they started to alter and repair on a known date of completion. Clean up the property properly (remove splashed concrete from our siding, fence, pavers, etc).
