I spoke to Mr*** and explained that the wiring problem was a warranty issue and that under circumstances the manufacturer, *** Builders, would send a representative to inspect the problem and fix any issue Mr*** had left a message communicating the problem, however, it was
on Friday after closing and we didn't retrieve the message until Monday morning Due to time constraints, Mr*** fixed the electrical wiring himselfBecause of this, I agreed to reimburse Mr*** $for his time and effort to resolve the problem with the wiring We agreed to have *** Builders physically inspect the building and the electrical features and possibly file a warranty claim for dealer reimbursement
