When the customer ordered the screen in question the measurement on the home where there should have be backing to hang the screen was 24'. However, when the screen came and we tried to hang it at the designated height we couldn't find backing and had to slide the screen up leaving the
rails that the screen tracks down too short at the bottom. 24' rails are the longest rails the manufacture makes so we had to do a special order to have them make a 25' rail. We did that at our cost. That took much longer than we or the customer anticipated. However, we did get the rails in and they have been mounted on the customer screen and the customer has payed the balance owed on the order to us. We also gave the the customer some money off for his inconvenience. Reed B*** President
