Bws took my money and didn't perform the services as promised..
I was a customer from July 2019 until February 2020 and the only time I was been able to speak with anyone was when I signed up. They claimed that my account supervisor was no longer working there and that was the reason I was not getting any results. I paid off two accounts that they claimed they removed. Everytime I called them I was told they were extremely busy and would have someone return my call but never did or the person had no idea of what I was asking and always seemed confused. When I signed up they made a lot of promises that they failed at miserably.. I'm not sure if they were dragging their feet just to get those monthly payments or if my account manager wad not doing what they were supposed to do but it's unacceptable. I have a collection from a 3rd party collector and I know for sure that can be removed. After me calling them in January and asking for a refund and to cancel my service the woman informed me that if I paid my subscription to my credit monitoring service that that would do my review and see what needed to be done before charging me for the previous month and the month of February.. Needless to say as soon as I hung up the phone they charged my account. I then called back to speak with the owner and they said he was busy and that he would return my call but never did. I put a review on google and he left me his phone number to reach out to him. I called and text and still to this day have never gotten a response.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get 100% of my money back.

The customer cancelled on January 10th 2019. The charge that was collected at that time was for an invoice dated December 29, 2019. We were not able to collect this payment until January 10th.

As clearly stated on the service agreement Mr. was provided at the time of his enrollment at the end of July 2019-had specific terms regarding the monthly charge for services rendered.

As quoted on the service agreement it states " 10. First payment for credit restoration and credit repair service starts on the 30th day from the date of inception (fully
paid enrollment payment).Once services are cancelled, discontinued, finished or terminated for whichever reason;
there will be a final payment, which is for the WORK (education, letters, disputes, Etc....) that was done prior to
cancelling, discontinuing, finishing, or terminating this partnership agreement. Payments are collected in arrears, so
the first payment isn't for credit repair services; it's for an audit (setup fee). The only exception is if services are
cancelled, discontinued, finished, or terminated with advance notification prior to generating dispute letters.
11. Termination: Client may cancel this agreement at any time with a 15 day advance written notice provided to our Company. Client
agrees to pay for any outstanding WORK (as detailed above) completed. No additional fees or charges will be added."

The client mentions that he is sure a 3rd party collection would be removed and is placing the responsibility of a reporting collection on us when we DO NOT have any ruling authority to manipulate, remove, repair or delete any items.

Our services specifically state on the service agreement that under the FCRA we would dispute any items that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.

The removal of an office staff has no relevance on the services that were completed resulted in 4 disputes being sent out. Per the law that mandates the credit disputing process where the consumer or disputing party would have to allow 30 business days for the dispute investigation to take place roughly equals 180 days. The customer was enrolled for roughly 150+ days before he cancelled.

We were unable to complete the last re-evaluation as the customer consistently would not maintain his credit monitoring active and ongoing as required and stated on the service agreement.

Furthermore, the written service agreement does not make any promises and actually mentions the CROA act which states that no credit repair company is to make any guarantees.

Did we have success in removing or repairing items from the customer's credit report yes. Did it meet the specific desire that the customer wanted within a specific time frame-perhaps not-but again as mentioned and also discussed with the customer on January 10th he did confirm that he was responding back to a message he had received from one of our staff regarding his file. And he agreed that what was his complaint from before where he would not receive any phone calls was no longer relevant.

We also have a refund in place that mentions specific grounds for a refund to take place. At this time Mr. does not qualify for said refund.

No other work, communication has taken place after January 10th, 2020.

I am so disappointed with this company. They were very friendly at first and now they don't respond my questions. I am not happy with this company
I am so disappointed with this company. They were very friendly at first and now they don't respond my questions. I am not happy with this company.

I made my initial payment and was told by the rep that we need to pull my credit through another company. I said fine, but then he said you will need to keep it on because we need to check every month to review your account. I never understood why I need that instead of them having this be part of the expensive price they charge.

I then asked for a copy of the letters I am paying for them to send to the credit companies and they tell me that they can't.. I was like wait what? I dont get a copy of what you sent out? How do I know if it truly was sent? I dont want to say its a scam but it's really feeling like it.

I have not seen any major changes like they promise. I am not asking for a miracle but for the results they promise through their social media outlets.

I need this to be corrected or a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I will like to see results or money back for the full amount

NOT AS THEY DESCRIBED THEY WOULD DO
Signed up with them December 2018 on a $250 deposit. credit score never went up with something they do. My score went up only because I maintained my balance under 25% and paid on time for straight 8 months BUT the work they did after 9 months never happened. Every time I called the only response they keep saying was "we sent your letter for 2nd round". The same excuses 3 times. I need some sort of refund for promise not done.

Desired Outcome

Since work was never fulfilled, i require at least half the money back.

As a credit restoration company we work under specific regulations. Firstly, the Fair Credit Reporting Act that states that the only way items can be removed or repaired is if it is incorrect, unverifiable, or inaccurate.

In addition, the CROA (Credit Repair Organizations Act) strictly states or prohibits us from guaranteeing or promising specific items or specific results.

These two regulations are clearly mentioned in the service agreement and disclosed upon the enrollment of the customer in our services.

Furthermore, we were successful in achieving results for this customer as far as repairs or deletions.

Customer had 2 items removed/repaired on EQ out of the initial 5, On EX they had 5 items removed/repaired out of an initial 8, and on TransUnion they had removed/repaired 2 out of the initial 5.

Credit is not only affected by what is removed or repaired but also how the customer carries balances on credit cards, obtains credit inquiries.

In regards to the direct complaint of "no increase in scores" that is incorrect. The original scores without providing specific numbers experienced an increase in each agency as follows as to what they are currently and what they were originally when they first commenced the program. Equifax increased by 94 points. Experian increased by 55 points. TransUnion increased by 75 points.

We focus on the content of what is being reported as it will have an impact on the scores.

Throughout every update provided to the customer after a dispute re-evaluation had been completed the constant trait was that the reported balances on the credit cards were over the 30% threshold which have a negative impact on the score.

In addition, a new collection began reporting on the customer's credit. We have no control over the types of balances that are carried or what new items appear on the credit that will have a negative impact on the credit.

As far as work-our work is clearly stated on the agreement which are the rounds thats were completed or in other words disputes that were sent out on behalf of the customer

My score changed mainly because I kept my balance below the 25% and maintained my payments current for 9 months. There was no significant change from what they did because all I heard from them all the time was "they're sending the second round dispute" even until August last month. So if they gave been sending second round for 7-8 months that means they have not completed it. So why would they claim they raised my score? I RAISED MY SCORE BY KEEPING MY LOW BALANCE AND CURRENT ON PAYMENTS FOR 8 MONTHS!!

The customer hired or seeked the services of BWS in order to dispute or challenge the negative accounts on his credit report. By us completing a total of 4 disputes we did in FACT successfully have several items removed or repaired.

When the customer first enrolled he had a collection account with a balance of over $1100-that is no longer present-removed completely. (one of the several collections)

Throughout the duration in the program additional collections reported on EX only-all have been removed. After completing the last and final re-evaluation-the last collection only reporting on EX has also been removed-Report Dated September 10, 2019.

At the time the customer enrolled in the program the balance on a credit card reflected a utilization amount of 64%. The overall utilization mentioned in the physical credit reports state that part of what is affecting the customers credit score-negatively is the utilization at over 40% .

Furthermore, the key in making sure that the payment from a customer benefits the customer is whether or not it gets reported to the agencies with a reduced balance

I have included the original credit report and the most recent report that is available from their credit monitoring dated September 10, 2019 for their comparison.

Our services were provided and fulfilled. The services resulted in successful challenges of items being removed or repaired to reflect accurate reporting.

It is unfortunate that although we did obtain results by absolute removal of COLLECTION accounts the focus is on a score that we have no influence over other than to remove negative items and to properly educate our customers (also part of the 3 phase program) on how to maintain balances and when to obtain additional credit cards.

A little food for thought. Looking at the most recent credit report that reflects a credit line increase on one credit card should've reflected a further increase on their scores.

Please explain to me why the scores in July & August at the time of our last update primarily stayed the same nearly two months later with the exception of Experian where we had the final collection remaining get DELETED resulting in the only agency reflecting an increase of 37 points while the other two agencies have not changed!!

Is it because of proper utilization maintenance? Or is it because as a company and our disputes we were able to yet again remove another collection?

Please refer to the screenshot provided that is available at initial login to the customers credit monitoring service provider.

We hope that the customer continues to manage their finances accurately as they do see the benefit of maintaining low utilization on credit cards.

Scam company. Supose to be a Credit repair comapny ,but did nothing but distory my crdit.
I have worked hard to get my credit fixed and saw this company. called they asured me no promble. they have done nothing torepair my credit matter fact my score has dropped 30 points. they have taken my money from my account after I told them not too. they tell you what you want to hear. They made up things to prolong the service. to get more money because you pay by the month.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back every penny off it. Or I am taken them to small claims court.

Would like to put on hold talked to owner and said that they would work it out

I contacted this company to get my full refund back because they breached the contract on their end of the agreement. I signed up on November 2, 2018. At first, they were very respectful and nice in the process signing me up and charging me. After the payment was processed. I begin to notice many red flags about this company. I would contact them briefly and they always told me someone would call me back to cater to my needs and no one ever called back. I also was told by an employee named Alberto. I would get an credit card and he kept on lying to me. I called in to receive all of my refund so they agreed to send me an refund which was way less than the amount I requested. They refunded me $179.99 out of the $740.00 payment I sent them to do their service. I even spoke to an supervisor and she was arguing with me as if I lied about everything telling me I cannot receive my full refund. and I'm honest on the fact this company took my money and is trying to continue to tell me the same story every time I call them.
Product_Or_Service: Preferred Partnership Program
Order_Number: CBJCHBCAABAAHbRj8x13

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like for Buildworth Strategies to refund me $560.01 back to me because they were very rude towards me such as not replying back to my phone calls whenever I called in to speak to about my issue. I was told by multiple people the same catch phrase someone is busy and they will call back. It was times when no one called at all. The only time I received an call was when I spoke to the supervisor who was very absurd with me taking up for her co workers to make me look like a bad consumer.
