I didn't realize how things were in Universal Health Care until I had a relative that had to stay. I had to make sure that I go every day and make sure that he was taking care of . I had to bring my cleaning supplies when I came to clean the bathroom. There were four residents that shared the same bathroom. First of all, there was hardly any tissue in the bathroom on a daily basis. Some of the residents had bowel movement that was left to the stool and the floor that would stay there for days, I had to get off work and clean it so that my relative could use the bathroom. I placed a spot on the sheets on his bed and see how long would it take for someone to change the sheets. After 2 weeks and 3 days, I asked when will someone change sheets. I was told that they changed that day and I explained what I had done, and they suddenly changed the sheets. They apologized to me and I was thankful. I extremely upset with the administration department because of the way they handle business. I try to contact the administration department and they never respond. These are just a few to name but will not recommend anybody dropping there love ones off without checking on them from time to time.
