Ordered and paid for my orders almost THREE years ago and still have not received themI have tried endlessly to contact them about a refund and have not once heard back from themWasted my money and timeThey said they won't be taking orders until they send out all the ones on hold however that is a complete lie as they are still selling things!

The item has been shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking information as of today. I have emailed the customer with the tracking number and in her paypal it should show tracking as well. We do apologize for this event and the confusion around getting in out to her. We are
in the process of changing over to a new website with better benefits to the customers as far as identifying where their order is in the process
