We have been in touch with this clients insurance company to settle out the additional work he is requesting to get done.this was not part of Builtrights agreement or in the scope of work for the replacement of his roof wich was payed for by his homeowners insurance company.we have every intention of satisfying our clients needs however we can not simply do work that is not in part of we were contracted and had agreed to perform we should have this resolved soon thank you Ryan A [redacted] CEO

Miss communication between the sales rep and service department our client had a lapse in the service agreement put forth the situation is in progress of being remedied and service has been issued as a partial for completion of all punchlist items client has been contacted all items will
be finished within days time on this email

I am rejecting this response because: IT IS NOT NEW WORK!! it is part of the original roof that was removed & never replacedgutter deflectors & eve flashing that was removed & not replaced. it was installed to begin with BEFORE WORK WAS DONE. the rep called me today & said they would send a crew 8/22/to finish the job to my satisfactionI said until corrections are made I will not sign off. the salesman apologized for the lack of communication & told me this news
