I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I had verbally let [redacted] know in a phone conversation on December 15, that I had purchased a house and would be leaving the premises January 31, I knew he would have no problem renting out the house as it's a great neighborhood and home to live inAs far as the other expenses I really would like to knowI had left the house in good shape, as living there for years there is wear and tearAs being a landlord myself I have found that many landlords do not give back the deposit as they always find reasons to shave off the money owed to their tenantsI had chosen the Revdex.com because I do not want to see another tenant get ripped off and our conversation was going nowhereI would like my deposit of $back to me in days or I will bring this into a courtroom Regards, [redacted]

I had verbally let [redacted] know in a phone conversation on December 15, 2014 that I had purchased a house and would be leaving the premises January 31, 2015. I knew he would have no problem renting out the house as it's a great neighborhood and home to live in. As far as the other expenses I really would like to know. I had left the house in good shape, as living there for 4 years there is wear and tear. As being a landlord myself I have found that many landlords do not give back the deposit as they always find reasons to shave off the money owed to their tenants. I had chosen the Revdex.com because I do not want to see another tenant get ripped off and our conversation was going nowhere. I would like my deposit of $900.00 back to me in 14 days or I will bring this into a courtroom.

full month's rent plus other expenses yet to be determined. It's unfortunate that [redacted] chose the Revdex.com to vent. Had she read, and adhered to the lease terms, there would be no need for any of this.
