Built-rite Construction

I hired Built-Rite Const. to put an addition on my house, family room, master bedroom, walk in closet, and a bathroom. He was supposed to remove a wall between my existing family room and bedroom to give the bedroom more space, he was supposed to re frame a few wall and help remodel my kitchen. None of which he finished. After paying him Tens of thousands of dollars even before the job has been finished he continued to ask for more money. After I refused to not give him anymore money above what was agreed upon he refused to finish the job. It has been two weeks and after multiple attempts to contact him he has only responded twice with an text message saying "I will call you tomorrow" which never happens or once an OK. I am extremely unhappy and would not recommend him to anyone
