Called the service department again today to be told the entire panel is not ready but the serviceman who is in this area today has a spare piece of glass on him which he will deliver to us and we can swap out the glass as soon as the customers schedule allows He may call us for an
appointment to do the work sometime next week. I hope this solves a problem which has been out of our control
