Review: [redacted] was hired in August and has still not finished any of the work we first discussed. Our front and back decks have been torn down and have remained that way during his employment. Materials that were purchased for the decks has been laying outside in our front and back yard for 3+ months now in the rain and snow. There were holes dug for the beams of the back deck and they have been there uncovered to where my kids can't even play in the fenced in yard. Tools and garbage laying all over the place has also been an issue. We were promised the front deck would be done by Halloween then Christmas and now he needs more time. People can't even come to our front door. They work a couple hours a day sometimes but have only put in 1 full work day of 8 hours or more in this whole period of time. There are always excuses and problems with the contractor to where he can't work. Now nobody has even showed up for weeks but their work truck sits in our yard and we are getting nothing done on the things we have already gave him money for and our materials are weathering.Desired Settlement: We need the work to get done and get all the ruined materials replaced. We also need them to fix stuff they messed up on the jobs they actually did. We can hardly open our new gate they took months to build. Money should be refunded also due to lack of completion.
