I would like to share my experience with a local tree cutting service "Cut Perfection Tree Service" in Alvin, TXThey were doing knock on door and noticed a very large dead tree in my back yard, Rene gave my husband a price of $and do it that dayTo quote invoice "tree take n down and hauling it off" I ask about stump grinding, that was not included and he planned on climbing to cut the tree downWell days later, the rental of a bucket truck ( we paid 1/of cost), breaking power lines (additional home owner cost) they got the tree down to the height of the fenceThey did haul off as much as they could but I still have large pieces on the groundMeantime Renee was asking for moneyMy husband gave him $On Thursday evening after I paid them $( against my husband's directions) Rene shook my hand saying they would be back the first thing tomorrowGuess what this is the 5th day and have not seen theyI have left messages on the phoneI did get call back from Rene stating that the quote was for cutting the tree to it's current fence heightI knew better and I hope this note will save you the trouble that I have been through
