Dear Revdex.com: [redacted] did place his order when stated and we share in his frustration that we have been unable to fill his order in a more timely fashionWe have spoken with the manufacturer this morning (March 9, 2015) about an ETA for our stock order and have been informed that they (Putco) are out of the bulb that [redacted] ordered until March (it will then be a week for them to get them to us)It is not that we don't want to fill the order for [redacted] ***, it's just that the manufacturer is out of stock and we are at their mercySince placing his order we have changed the item on the website to out of stock, on order [redacted] ***'s order has not been charged and we understand if he wishes to purchase the bulbs elsewhere from someone who may have the bulb in stock at this timeLastly, when [redacted] placed his order he selected our "Super Saver Shipping" method which is described on the website as: "Super Saver Shipping: This is a good choice when you are in no hurry for your merchandise and want to maximize your savings on shipping." When a customer selects this shipping method we can only infer that they are in no hurry to receive their order and that the order is not time sensitive, I apologize if we misunderstood the time sensitive nature of [redacted] ***'s order and did not convey the back order status of the item that he ordered to him as a result.Sincerely,BulbTown

Dear Revdex.com:Let me state that we will gladly waive the shipping charge for *** ***'s order when the bulbs finally do arriveThat being said, we only learned of the manufacturer's back order status on the 9th when we contacted the manufacturer concerning this complaintEvery order that we get is important to us and it serves no purpose for us to string a customer along or delay in shipping their product, since this is when we get paid*** ***'s order will ship when it arrives with the shipping fee waived.Sincerely,BulbTown
