Bulb World

Review: I purchased a replacement bulb for my 65" Mitsubishi TV on Amazon.com back in July 2013. The bulb seemed to work fine for a little under three months, and then just stopped working. I have a very busy family and do not use the TV that often, so I was very disappointed to get that little use out of something that cost me so much. My previous bulbs each lasted almost two years, so I know something must have been wrong with my replacement. I emailed the seller through Amazon to let them know about my problems with their product, and they agreed to give me a replacement provided I shipped them back the faulty bulb with a Return Authorization number, which they gave me, and that I provided them with a tracking number after I mailed it. I emailed Bulb World the tracking number a few days later and they responded by letting me know they received my return and told me the replacement would be shipped soon. That was weeks ago. I have emailed the company to get the status on the replacement, and despite my numerous attempts to reach them, have not heard from them since. So now, not only am I out of the $89 + shipping I paid for the original bulb order, I am also out of the $13 I paid to ship the item back, and have since had to buy a new TV.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back for the cost of the faulty bulb (including shipping) I purchased, and the cost of shipping to return the bulb to the company after they agreed to replace it.
