I ordered bulbs for a ceiling fan and asked to have the order canceled the next day and funds refunded an I no longer needed the bulbs I got no response and no refund, they cant even get star for this type service total 00000000s

I cannot contact anyone associated with this companyI purchased and received my lightbulb order, but when I realized they were they wrong bulbs, I returned them to the address indicated on the websiteUnfortunately it's been well over a month and I have not received a refund or communication from the businessThe phone number listed is also disconnectedThey also have a contact page on their site which I filled out and never received a responsePlease help
