We were very satisfied with the fabrication and installation of our waterfall kitchen island. We chose a quartzite stone which [redacted], the owner, took the time to help us source. It was a difficult job to mitre the edges of the Supreme Super White but [redacted] and team took the time to ensure it was done well. I had been toiling over the material of the countertop and [redacted] was patient with my indecisiveness. During templating [redacted] involved me in the process and ensured we used the best part of the stone and matched the waterfall edges perfectly. I must have emailed [redacted] 10 times one evening before installation with a barrage of questions and he was so great to answer all my questions and put me at ease. [redacted] was always accessible and never made me feel like I was putting him out. My husband and I are thrilled with our kitchen island. We waited 3 years to finish this island and we are so pleased we found [redacted] to help us complete it!! We would not hesitate to recommend Bulagari granite.
Ned and team made and installed for us two bathroom vanities and kitchen counter top, including an island. I used three different stones and one of them was very tricky to work with. I am quite picky when it comes to attention to detail and this is what I can say:
* We received top notch service and product at very reasonable price
* One of the stone pieces had a very tiny crack which I did not notice when selecting the slab form another vendor. That created complications which Ned did not just address but acted as it was their fault and went beyond my expectations
* I am reinspecting the quality of edges, cuts placement and leveling, only to confirm time and again how everything fits like a glove.
