I placed an order and with the Bulk Candy Store on March 8th, for my daughters birthday partyThe website was fairly easy to navigate up until I got to the billing and shipping portionEvery time I tried enter the shipping address it defaulted back to the billing addressThis happened separate times
On the 4th attempt it took the correct shipping address (so I thought) until I received the email confirmation which had the billing address as the shipping addressI emailed their customer serviceAs I was awaiting a reply I received an email from one of their representatives stating that one of the items were not available and that she was going to replace it with the same item just a darker blue, I advise her to refund my credit card (which they STILL have not done week later)
And to proceed with the order, and I also confirmed with her the CORRECT shipping address and the rep confirmed that the correct shipping addressIts now days before my daughter 15th bday
