I literally HATE this clinic! The actual doctors are never in the officeI have never even meet the doctor affiliated with is clinicEven as a new patient you see the practitionerEvery time I take my child here we have seen a practitionerToday I needed a shot record faxed to my child's schoolI called and spoke with Crystal she assured me the record would be faxed within the next five minutesOne hour and a half later I called the school, the nurse stated that she had not received itI called back to Grace Medical, Crystal then informed me the fax machine was brokenMind you their fax machine is always brokenI had this exact same issue last year and those documents have yet to be faxedAt no time was Crystal going to call me back and offer up and alternative as THEIR fax machine was broken; againHad I not called the school I would be none the wiser that the fax had not come throughLet's just say I took Crystal at her word (which I knew better than to do, due to previous experiences with this clinic), my child would be kicked out of school on MondayNow this may not be serious to some but its serious to meI explained that my child's school needs these records in order for her to return to school on MondayCrystal said "well there is nothing I can do about the fax machine being broken, you can drive over here and pick them up." For the record I work a full time job 8-I can not "just" drive over thereI work mins from their office and live mins from their officeI expressed this to Crystal she then states "well that's not my problem." I then suggested scanning and emailing the recordsShe then said "we don't have that option." I explained I understand email is not the norm in your office but in this extenuating circumstance and considering YOUR fax machine is broken and I am not the one who broke it; can you make an exception and do this email scan just this onceShe said no one in the entire office has an email address, not the doctor, the office manager, the nurses, the practitioners, the receptionist, no oneI told her I find that very hard to believeNeedless to say as soon as my child is finished with her allergy treatments she will no longer be seen at this makeshift clinic and I recommend no one else take their child here
