My husband placed a special order with Bull Building Supply on 01 Mar 16. He was never notified if/when the order was received at the store, and when I called to check, they had "assumed" that we no longer needed the item and sold it to someone else. I told them that they did not even call to let us know our special order was available for pick-up (we paid for it up front) and I was told by the owner, Bobby B[redacted], that they expect customers with special orders to call on a regular basis to check. That is perhaps the worse customer service I have ever heard! I placed another order when I asked Mr. Bull when to expect the order to be filled, he said that when other items were to be shipped to his location, it would be in that order. In other words, no date could even be estimated. I called again today, 07 Nov 16, and was surprised that the items had come in, and when I asked again why we were not notified, he said the same thing...they do NOT call customers. I was given the option to either pick-up the items or get a refund. I, of course, requested a full refund which I received from someone else in his company. Horrible customer service and I will never shop with this company ever again.
