I live in Texas and have Two accounts on my. Experian Credit Report one for 255.00 in 2016 and one for 185.00 in 2015. These accounts were paided by My Medicare and private insurance with Humana I . I have called Bill City and advised them of this and These accounts are Paided in full. Bull City is not removing g these accounts even with Medicare has contacting them as well...Bull Coty is a Company that gives false information.. I have never been treating like I was A Crimanial,. This company has filed a negative report on my credit for a bill that was pulled from them by [redacted]. Original bill is from 2012.[redacted] Specialists use this company as their collections agency. I visited this doctor office one time in 2012 and my visit was covered by insurance at 100%, however due to their incorrect filing, they were never paid despite my instructions to them on three separate occasions on how to file correctly. I never received any other statements or bills until 2015 when Bull City Financial calls me. I called and called and hunted down the right people to finally find me in [redacted]'s system (remember this is from 2012) and they saw the mistake and acknowledged it was their filing error. I was advised by the woman I spoke with in June 2015 to not pay anything on this bill and to cancel any checks or charges I had made toward the company because she was pulling it back from collections. I left it at that until I just checked my credit report and saw where there was a negative complaint from Bull City Financial for this bill. The correct solution and outcome of this is to remove this incorrect information from my credit report and speak with [redacted] to see where the disconnect is between your businesses. When you are told by the people you owe the money to that it is ok, they will take care of it, that should be the end of it, not a surprise credit shock to perfect credit. Bull City Financial is making random harrasing phone calls to my cell phone using up minutes when I check my voice mail. I have no outstanding bills.Bull City Financial began calling me today on my cell phone. There is a recorded message stating that we are Bull City Financial and we are a bill collector and if you need help call us back at 1 (800) [redacted]. I have no outstanding bills and the company refuses to talk unless I give them my full name and contact information. Very rude and this is no doubt a scam that needs to stop. I filed a complaint with the [redacted] today. I insist that these calls cease at once. Desired SettlementStop calling me at once. The company was calling my telephone number and leaving messages trying to reach someone not related to me. They had the wrong number and agreed to remove my telephone number from their system. This company contacted me stating that I had a past-due balance with [redacted] and demanding payment for $60.26 and threatened to disconnect my service if I did not pay.
However, I contacted [redacted] and they confirmed that I was current and had a $0 balance.
This company fraudulently contacted me in attempt to extort money. I do believe that's illegal, now isn't it?

Bull city has listed a false address on my credit report. I called to inform them of this and was told, "It would not be removed".This is unlawfull!!Bull City listed that I lived at, [redacted] XXXXX-XXXX from 02/27/13. I never lived there it is the address for [redacted] Bank of [redacted] Buy doing this, I was refused a Home loan. I called to inform Bull City,(Mr. [redacted] at XXX-XXX-XXXX)of there misstake and was told by Mr. [redacted] that this would not be removed!! It's my belife that it is "unlawfull" to place "false" infomation on anyones credit report!! I am doing my best to "repair" my credit and this is the ONLY BAD MARK ON MY CREDIT REPORT!! Bull City Financial made an agreement with me that they would not report my account to credit bureaus and they have and it is negative and false.I spoke to Bull city Financial and made an agreement with a representative named [redacted], the verbal agreement was that as long as I made on time monthly payments the account would not be reported to the credit bureaus. She advised me that she could not send me this in writing but that she was making notes in the computer to state such. I have made consecutive on time payments and I just received a notification from all three credit bureaus that this account has been added as a collection account and that I am late on two payments, one for January which payment is not due till the 21st and for December. I was furious, I called Bull City and spoke to [redacted] who advised me that she didn't see any notes stating our agreement and I said well I spoke to you and she said well I can see that you have made all your payments on time so after the final payment is made, as a courtesy I will go ahead and send a letter to the credit bureaus to remove the account. That's great and all but this is completely unacceptable that she out right lied to me and its being negatively reported with false information. I will pursue this to the Attorney Generals Office and The Consumer Affairs Division if it is not removed immediately. This company continues to place this on my credit file. The account has been disputed several times however they continue to place on my file.This account is not my account. I called to the company and was told that the ssn number on file was not mine. The woman that I spoke with was very rude. I asked for proof of validation and she advised that they do not not to provide any information to me. I have filed a complaint withe the CFPB and if this is not resolved I will continue to file a complaint with the FTC.
