Business agreed to provid a service but did not without any explanation or communication of any kind, despite my (very polite) repeated contact.Spoke with an agent at length on 4/4, he took my information to put together home & auto quotes; I followed up and was told they're working on it. Since then I've heard nothing even though I spoke with receptionist and left messages with agent on 4/12, 4/17, 4/21, 4/22 and 4/27.Desired SettlementI would like the business to confirm that it will not provide the service requested with an explanation. If no coverage is available, I would like of the business to provide a list of the insurance companies that declined so that I do not waste time contacting these companies as I attempt to address this issue on my own.
