We moved my father in to Valley View on 2/21/and wrote a check that covered his living there until 3/31/ My father was "evicted" on 3/17/ We removed his furniture and according to the contract we were to receive a refund of the remaining days already paid for within days of his removal In addition, we had received a verbal agreement from the General Manager, [redacted] that the $deposit would be refunded if my father did not make it there a full days He lived there for only My husband and I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but no refund has been received
valley view rehabilitation cared for my now deceased mother on the dates of 3/29/through 4/28/She passed away on 6/4/of natural causesvalley view sent me a bill of $2,I contacted her insurance company *** *** ** *** on two separate occasions regarding this matter and both times I was informed that valley view billed the insurance company on two datesone being 3/29/- 3/31/with a charge of $with a co-pay of $and the other being 4/4/- 4/28/with a charge of $4,with a co-pay of $with an overall balance due of $I paid the due amount stated and then promptly received a remaining bill of $1,I contacted the head of billing at valley view, *** on numerous occasions and she has yet to give any reason for the remaining balance duethe two individuals from *** *** *** with whom I spoke with stated they see no reasons for any further paymentI would like some advice on what to do in this matter as it has yet to be re
